Qualifications

9+ years in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
2+ years of lead experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
Strong SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and ML deployment.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products.
Model identity resolution, data quality, and lineage across complex datasets.
Build ML models for lead scoring, opportunity identification, and customer segmentation.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Commercial, UX, Data, and Engineering teams to turn problems into data solutions.
Translate analytics into actionable intelligence embedded in dealer and sales workflows.
