Syngenta Seeds seeks a Commercial Data Governance Lead in Lisle, IL to establish data governance and quality controls across customer, sales, pricing, and related data domains. You will partner with commercial leaders to deliver scalable data and AI-enabled insights, driving improved decision-making and reduced manual processes.

You will lead data governance efforts, collaborate with IT and analytics teams, and translate complex concepts for business stakeholders while shaping a trusted data

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years in analytics, BI, data management, or related.
• Strong SQL experience with relational databases.
• Experience with data governance, MDM, data quality, stewardship, standards.
• 3+ years leading direct reports or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead governance, quality, and integrity of commercial data (customer, sales, pricing).
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to translate challenges into scalable data/AI solutions.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues; drive sustainable improvements.
• Oversee governance of AI/advanced analytics in commercial data processes (automation, validation, enrichment).
• Serve as liaison across Commercial, Insights & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and IT.
