• Experience building data pipelines and data platforms for large-scale experiments.
• Strong design and optimization skills for scalable data systems.
• Ability to mentor teammates and lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and orchestration layers for RCT platforms and voter datasets serving hundreds of partner organizations.
• Optimize systems for cost, runtime, and reliability during high-volume election cycles with millions of concurrent outreach attempts.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning multiple systems; mentor teammates to improve engineering practices.
