Job summary

Syncro is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and databases powering reporting, analytics, CRM, and automation across the organization. You will own data from source to consumption, gather requirements from teams, design solutions, implement pipelines, and keep databases healthy.

You'll collaborate with GTM Ops, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to turn requirements into dependable data assets while advancing automation and data quality in a

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and ETL pipeline experience in production.
• Proficiency in Python or similar data work language.
• Experience with database administration and data modeling across relational/analytical DBs.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and design data solutions.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation tools (Airflow, dbt).
• Experience with BI/Reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Effective written and verbal communication; comfortable with cross-functional partners.
• Bias toward automation and continuous improvement.
