AssureSoft is seeking a senior data engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. You will work with Python, SQL, dbt, and Airbyte to ingest, transform, and integrate data across Snowflake and MySQL.

You will implement data quality checks, monitor pipelines, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions, with a focus on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Senior-level data engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python for data processing and automation.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations and optimization.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for modeling and testing.
• Experience with Airbyte for data ingestion and integration.
• Strong Snowflake skills including data warehousing and modeling.
• Relational DB experience, especially MySQL.
• Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern data engineering practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimize data transformation workflows using Python, SQL, and dbt.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, synchronization, and integration pipelines using Airbyte.
• Design and optimize data models, transformations, and queries in Snowflake.
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from relational databases, including MySQL.
• Implement data quality checks, validation processes, error handling, and pipeline monitoring.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code and SQL transformations.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Participate in technical estimation and development planning.
• Improve pipeline performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
