Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Data Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data modeling and processing.
• Strong experience with Python for data engineering and automation.
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions.
• Deep understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimize data models, datasets, and data products for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Promote data quality, testing, monitoring, lineage, and governance practices.
• Troubleshoot production data issues ensuring reliability and performance.
• Contribute to data platform modernization and cloud initiatives.
