Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Data Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data modeling and large-scale processing
• Strong experience with Python for data engineering and pipeline development
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and engineering best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes for enterprise data and analytics
• Build and optimize data models, curated datasets, and data products for reporting and analytics
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Promote data quality, testing, monitoring, documentation, lineage, and governance
• Troubleshoot production data issues ensuring reliability and performance
• Contribute to data platform modernization including cloud architectures and automation
• Participate in code reviews and architecture planning
• Mentor and support engineers to drive engineering excellence
