Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, engineering, math, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive data engineering experience.
• Advanced SQL for data modeling and large-scale processing.
• Strong Python for data engineering and pipeline development.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions.
• Understanding of relational and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimize data models, curated datasets, and data products for analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish data quality, testing, monitoring, documentation, lineage, and governance practices.
• Troubleshoot production data issues ensuring reliability and performance.
• Contribute to data platform modernization initiatives, including cloud architectures.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence.
