Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and build enterprise data platforms, scalable pipelines, and distributed processing systems in a cloud environment. You will own end-to-end data engineering lifecycles, from requirements to reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and governance.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in data engineering, strong SQL and programming skills, and hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, and Airflow in AWS/Azure/GCP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of professional experience designing, developing, and supporting production-grade enterprise data engineering solutions, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, database design, distributed computing, data modeling, ETL/ELT methodologies, data warehousing concepts, and large-scale data architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data platforms and scalable pipelines.
• Translate business and analytical requirements into robust data architectures and ML-ready data products.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps in an Agile environment to deliver governed data solutions.
