Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and operate data and integration platforms. You will lead engineering delivery, guide junior engineers, and communicate with stakeholders across technical and business teams.

The role partners across Databricks, dbt, Power BI, ADF, Lakeflow, and Azure services, and requires remote work with occasional travel to Ankeny, IA for onboarding. A strong emphasis on security and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering data pipelines and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational support for pipelines, integrations, reports, and platform services.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and runbooks for production readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure HIPAA/HITRUST and privacy compliance in data solutions.
