Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights driving financial and operational outcomes. You will build scalable analytics assets for finance and revenue cycle management and partner with executives on high-impact data problems.

You will work with Databricks, SQL, R, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric capabilities to deliver self-service reporting, KPIs, and analytics products while ensuring quality, reproducibility, and clear executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in analytics roles with measurable business outcomes.
• 2+ years writing data to a data warehouse.
• 2+ years partnering with finance, strategy, or revenue cycle leaders.
• Proven ability to deliver analytics in complex environments with messy data.
• Statistical and financial analytics expertise and business case development.
• Production-level SQL with optimization on large, partitioned tables.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics development.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery and quantify value.
• Partner with finance and revenue cycle stakeholders to develop self-service reporting tools.
• Develop core KPIs and present health of the business to senior stakeholders.
• Create analytics products using Databricks, dbt, scripts, and BI tools.
• Implement scalable analytics and Databricks workflows for modeling and repeatable analyses.
• Build Databricks workflows to wrangle large datasets and automate analyses.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design scalable data solutions on reliable data foundations.
• Ensure analysis quality through validation, study design, and reproducibility.
• Define and monitor KPIs tying reporting to business objectives.
• Advise on BI standards, naming conventions, documentation, and release practices.
• Stay current with analytics methodologies and capabilities.
