Mom’s Meals is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive financial and operational outcomes. You will build scalable analytics assets for finance and revenue cycle management, connecting operational activity to financial performance and partnering with executives on high-impact data problems.

Remote-friendly role using Databricks, SQL, R, Power BI, and Fabric capabilities; travel to Ankeny, IA for onboarding. Not sponsoring immigration for U.S.

Competenze

• 4-8 years in analytics roles with 2+ years leading cross-functional projects
• 2+ years writing data to a data warehouse
• 2+ years partnering with finance, strategy, ops, FP&A, or revenue cycle leaders
• Proven impact delivering analytics in complex environments with measurable outcomes
• Statistical and financial analytics expertise including design and interpretation
• Expert in production-level SQL and optimization over large data sets
• Knowledge of AI-assisted analytics development and tools
• Git-based workflows with disciplined documentation and peer review
• Proficiency in a BI platform (Power BI, Hex, Tableau) and R for reproducible workflows

Mansioni

• Support high-impact analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery; quantify value and communicate recommendations to executives
• Partner with finance and revenue cycle stakeholders to develop self-service reporting tools
• Develop core KPIs and present health of the business to senior stakeholders
• Create analytics products using Databricks, dbt, scripts, and BI tools
• Use scalable Databricks workflows to support modeling, automation, and repeatable analysis
• Build Databricks workflows (notebooks, jobs, SQL Warehouses) to wrangle data and automate analyses
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design scalable data solutions using reliable data foundations
• Ensure analysis quality through data validation, study designs, reproducibility, and documentation
• Define and monitor KPIs tying reporting to business objectives
• Adopt BI development standards and release practices across the organization
• Stay current with analytics methodologies and tools
