Job summary

InductiveHealth, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead reporting and application integration across Power BI paginated reporting, PBIRS, and Power BI Embedded. You will combine reporting craftsmanship with deep SQL/database skills, while focusing on automation and scalable solutions that reduce manual workloads.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure secure, well-documented data flows and reliable reporting across enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and processing.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI Paginated Reports (RDL) across PBIRS, Power BI Service, and Power BI Embed.
• Experience embedding reports into client-facing applications with authentication and token handling.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting solutions in production environments.
• Proactive tracking of changes in the Fabric/Power BI ecosystem and reporting APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain paginated reports across Power BI Report Server, Service, and legacy Crystal Reports.
• Understand end-to-end how reports connect to the application, including authentication and parameter passing.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and workloads.
• Support Python-based data pipelines and analytics tools; explore forecasting/model outputs in reporting workflows.
• Automate report generation, scheduling, and delivery; reduce manual reporting via templating.
