Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Data Engineer III to design, develop, and implement data pipelines and storage solutions across data warehouses and data lakes. You will partner with IT Managers, BI, Data Governance, and Data Science to enable data-driven decisions and automation.

You will influence data architecture, ensure governance, and drive improvements across cloud and on-premise platforms while collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in data integration engineering; experience with governance and data security is preferred.
• AWS and data warehousing knowledge; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Science, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across platforms.
• Prototype new data tech and drive efficient, reliable data delivery.
• Lead data modeling and performance tuning for relational and NoSQL systems.
