Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and storage for a centralized data platform. This role ensures data readiness for analysis and reporting while aligning data architecture with business needs in a hybrid Chicago environment.

Challenging responsibilities include mentoring peers, evaluating new data technologies, and collaborating with data scientists to scale ML workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s or higher is a plus.
• Strong Python and SQL with expertise in data orchestration tools.
• Experience with data transformation, modeling, and cloud data warehouses.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities; strong collaboration skills.
