Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience with strong programming in Scala or Java.
• Experience developing backend services, data-intensive applications, or ETL/data processing solutions.
• Experience working in SQL and Linux/Unix environments, including scripting and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java and Scala-based backend applications that support large-scale regulatory reporting workflows.
• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable software solutions.
• Build, enhance, and support data processing and ETL workflows ingesting, transforming, and delivering large volumes of trading and market data.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes across distributed data platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using cloud and big data technologies.
