Job summary

Accorded is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and optimize healthcare data integrations within the Acumen product. You will own data pipelines, ensure quality, and partner across teams.

You will apply SQL, Python, and cloud warehousing in a healthcare context, collaborating with actuaries and customers, and contribute to AI-assisted development while upholding engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with data products.
• Healthcare data experience with Medicare/Medicaid or commercial data.
• Strong SQL and Python, with data modeling and ETL experience.
• Cloud data warehousing experience (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift).
• Experience with analytics product and delivery teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize healthcare data integrations and pipelines with robust testing.
• Design and maintain domain models for Acumen product.
• Collaborate with actuarial, product teams and clients to deliver data integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards with AI tooling.
