Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking a highly technical Developer / Data Analyst in Cary, NC.

You will work with business and data science teams to translate business problems into analytical and technical solutions, performing in-depth data analysis with SQL and Informatica MFT across platforms like Big Data, Oracle, and SQL Server. You will develop data integrations using Informatica MFT, DBT, and Snowflake, document requirements, and validate data through scripts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Development/Data Analysis.
• 5+ years in Data Management/Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MFT.
• Mandatory experience with Informatica MFT, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing principles.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data exploration tools.
• Experience writing functional requirements and high-level design docs.
• Hands-on experience developing validation scripts for data/ETL.
• Data governance concepts: metadata, data lineage, data quality rules.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytical solutions with defined outcomes.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and Informatica MFT across platforms.
• Translate requirements into functional requirements and transformation rules.
• Develop and support data integrations using Informatica MFT, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with ETL and data science teams to review data processes.
• Gather and document functional requirements based on business knowledge.
• Capture and maintain metadata, data lineage, and data quality rules.
• Perform data profiling, anomaly detection, and quality analysis.
• Develop validation scripts for data, data integrations, and ETL transformations.
• Work with globally distributed teams to drive project delivery.
