Job summary

Fidelity & Guaranty Life Business Services is seeking aData Engineer to support sourcing, transformation, ingestion, and analysis of data. You will develop ETL logic with Informatica IDMC, Control-M, and Snowflake for current and future deployments.

The role requires strong data analysis, SQL ability, and experience with ETL tools in a financial services environment. Hybrid/remote work options are available with flexible schedules and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or math.
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with data structures and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Informatica Data Management Cloud).
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Snowflake.
Experience writing SQL queries and interpreting data models.
Experience with database modeling.
Experience in financial services or insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Develop ETL logic utilizing Informatica Data Management Cloud and Snowflake.
Leverage Control-M to develop automated workflows for data ingestion and processing.
Develop robust data products and processes within Snowflake.
Assist teammates and business partners with scalable, reusable technical solutions.
Work with multiple development technologies including SQL.
Learn new and existing tools, resources, and processes.
Develop and deliver code to support deployments.
