Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated data engineering and governance professional to implement access controls, security policies, and governance mechanisms across enterprise data platforms.

You will develop and maintain data pipelines and enable policy enforcement across Databricks environments. Responsibilities include building automation for entitlement enforcement, integrating metadata solutions, and supporting testing and performance optimization to ensure compliant and secure data

Qualifications

• Proficient in building and securing data pipelines.
• Experience with governance and data security controls.
• Familiarity with metadata management and data cataloging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines.
• Implement row-level and column-level security.
• Integrate metadata and governance solutions.
• Implement masking and tokenization frameworks.
• Build automation for entitlement enforcement.
• Support testing and performance optimization.
• Author, configure, and manage access policies in enterprise governance or entitlement tools.
• Implement tag-based access control and metadata-driven entitlement enforcement.
• Develop workflow automation for access requests, approvals, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Build reconciliation processes to validate actual access against approved entitlements.
• Support automated policy enforcement and exception handling.
