Job summary

Ameren Services (B&CS) is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to generate reports and data sets, design data models, and lead enterprise-wide data integration. You will consolidate diverse sources, develop end-user portals, and work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes ETL, data warehousing, and scalable data solutions across platforms, with strong collaboration with Data Scientists and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or business.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes and data integration.

Responsibilities

Analyses data from multiple sources and consolidates into usable data assets.
Designs and maintains data models, reports and dashboards for end users.
Leads data integration and warehousing initiatives across platforms and teams.
Collaborates with Data Scientists to align architecture with project needs.
Translates business requirements into scalable data solutions aligned to enterprise goals.
