Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to deliver high-quality data solutions. You will design and implement data pipelines for both on-premise and cloud environments, collaborate across engineering, analytics, data science, and product teams in a fast-paced Agile setting, and contribute to a data warehouse that processes payer files.

You will work with SQL, Python, PySpark, and modern platforms across AWS/GCP/Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL Server/Oracle/Teradata.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SQL and relational database management systems.
• 2+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake.
• 2+ years of experience in on-prem Data Engineering Platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata.
• Programming and modifying code in SQL, Python, and PySpark to support cloud and on-prem data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and implement data solutions on-premise and facilitate migrations to the cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science and product teams in an agile environment.
• Process payer files into the Data Warehouse and ensure high data quality and performance.
