Job summary

Exol is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team. You will design, build, and scale a cloud-native, multi-tenant data platform that delivers reusable data services, pipelines, and platform capabilities for analytics, customer products, and AI-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Analytics teams while implementing IaC with Terraform and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. This role requires 8+ years of experience and a BS in CS or a related field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related data engineering experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or a related field.
• Experience building cloud-native data solutions with GCP, BigQuery, and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a multi-tenant cloud-native data platform.
• Build batch and streaming pipelines and reusable data services.
• Develop data models with BigQuery and dbt; enforce data quality and governance.
• Implement IaC with Terraform and maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Establish testing, deployment, observability, logging, and alerting.
• Monitor health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Analytics teams; contribute to architecture reviews and docs.
