Ladders is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and scale a cloud-native data platform for analytics and decision-making. You will build robust batch and streaming pipelines, enhance data quality and governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance.

The role emphasizes Google Cloud Platform with BigQuery and dbt, SQL and Python proficiency, and infrastructure as code using Terraform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience or relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery and dbt.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with batch and streaming pipelines using Airflow/Cloud Composer.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Familiarity with Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Kubernetes on GCP.
