Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior data engineer to design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring reliable movement of data across systems. You will build and optimize data pipelines, models, and warehouses, collaborating with IT, product, analytics, and business teams to deliver data solutions that meet organizational needs.

You will mentor junior engineers, monitor production schedules, enforce governance and security measures, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to data quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Minimum 5 years in data engineering, ETL, or data management roles.
Experience designing scalable data solutions and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust data processes for multi-system data movement.
Develop data models, databases, and warehouses to support BI and analytics.
Collaborate with IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements.
Monitor production progress and report issues to leads regularly.
Implement data governance, quality, and security measures.
