RSM is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence and Data Engineering professional to design data models, build ETL pipelines, and develop semantic models and dashboards. You will collaborate with our Data Analytics team across regions to turn data into actionable insights.

The role requires a strong background in data modeling, BI solutions, and cloud platforms, with travel up to 20%. Hybrid work model, based in Chicago area.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Math, CS, IS, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Analytics.
• 3+ years designing data models across multiple domains.
• 3+ years designing and developing BI solutions.
• 3+ years building scalable data pipelines to ingest/transform/load data into data lakes/warehouses.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Python/Scala.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with data platforms like Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD and Version Control.
• Experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain data models (dimensional and 3NF) aligned with business requirements.
• Design and develop ETL pipelines consolidating data from multiple sources into a unified platform, including mappings and transformations.
• Develop Semantic Models and Reports/Dashboards based on business needs.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and analyze data to identify data needs for business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-regional teams.
