Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a BI and Data Engineering professional to design data models and build scalable ETL pipelines. You will develop semantic models and dashboards, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements sessions, data analysis, and cross-region collaboration with the Data Analytics team. A strong SQL background, Python/Scala, and cloud/databricks experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or analytics-focused experience.
• 5+ years designing data models across multiple domains.
• 5+ years designing and developing BI solutions and scalable data pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Python/Scala and major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data models (dimensional and 3NF) aligned with business requirements.
• Design and develop ETL pipelines consolidating data from multiple sources into data platforms.
• Develop Semantic Models and Reports/Dashboards based on business needs.
• Lead requirements sessions and perform data analysis to define data needs.
• Collaborate with clients and teams across regions.
