Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks an experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead end-to-end data platforms on the Microsoft Azure Data & AI stack, including ADF, Fabric, Synapse, ADLS Gen2, and Databricks. You will own architecture, data modeling, production pipelines, and mentor other engineers while interacting with client stakeholders.

The role focuses on data lifecycle, API design, and MCP integrations to enable data activation across enterprise systems, with governance patterns and collaboration with AI

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in data engineering on Azure
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark for distributed pipelines
• Experience delivering end-to-end data platforms and governance patterns

Responsibilities

• Lead design and build of end-to-end data platforms on Azure (ADF, Fabric, Synapse, Databricks)
• Architect Medallion lakehouse patterns (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Design APIs and MCP-based integrations for data activation
• Mentor engineers and engage with client stakeholders
• Support governance, security, and production operations
