Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based data platforms and analytics pipelines using Microsoft Azure. You’ll work with senior leaders to deliver high-impact solutions used by hundreds of employees across the organization.

You will modernize critical commercial processes, build AI-powered workflows, and collaborate with analytics teams within an Agile, hybrid setup based in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL.
• 5+ years building large-scale data pipelines and cloud analytics solutions.
• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and modern data engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or intelligent workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data and analytics solutions primarily in Microsoft Azure to acquire, process, store, and deliver insights.
• Develop and enhance cloud-based data platforms, pipelines, and data products for analytics use cases.
• Design and implement automation and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity.
• Build and support AI agents and agentic solutions to accelerate decision-making.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase speed and quality.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, analytics teams, and stakeholders to solve high-value challenges.
• Contribute to strategic capabilities including consumption data analytics, media performance, and AI-driven solutions.
• Influence adoption of emerging data, analytics, and AI technologies across Family Care.
• Work within Agile product teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions.
