Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field (Operations Research, CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, Analytics).
• 5+ years in Data Science with proven business impact; doctoral work may substitute.
• Proficient in Python and DS/ML libraries (OpenCV, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, Pandas).
• Experience developing in cloud environments and handling large datasets (GCP/Azure).
• Experience applying ML, Optimization, Simulation, Generative/Agentic AI to real-world problems.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Onsite work in Cincinnati, OH on a hybrid schedule.
