Job summary

NBME is seeking a Data Engineer to join a growing team that builds and optimizes a data platform on AWS for analytics, AI/ML, and decision support. You will architect data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with BI developers and data analysts to deliver meaningful insights to internal staff and external customers.

The role supports flexible work options (remote, hybrid, or onsite near Philadelphia) with possible onsite interviews at our Philadelphia office when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Data Engineering and Data Warehousing experience.
• 2+ years of Python programming experience.
• 1 year of experience with AWS S3 and Redshift services.

Responsibilities

• Participates in requirements gathering and designs data architectures that align with enterprise standards.
• Be an active Scrum team member in an Agile environment and help deliver sprint goals.
• Train and mentor team members to raise technical capabilities.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining independence and time management.
• Ensure data integrity and security across Data Services, Analytics and Master Data Management.
