Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of relevant experience, depending on level.
• B.S. in STEM or related field from accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience with SQL on PostgreSQL/MySQL for data querying/manipulation.
• Advanced analytics for Tableau dashboards/reports that align with business requirements.
• Experience with AWS data warehousing and deployment best practices.
• Proven ability to use GitLab for repo creation, branching, committing, pushing.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud deployments and processes.
• Experience with Databricks, Collibra, Starburst.
• Experience with Python and PySpark.
• Experience with Jupyter notebooks and unit testing.
• Experience with modern data stack (S3, Spark, Airflow, Lakehouse) and RedShift/Snowflake.
• Senior to advanced understanding; independent contributor.

Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, analyze, and validate data before storage for final use.
• Test input/output based on data quality and governance standards.
• Ensure data integrity with QA practices and documentation.
• Perform audits and prepare reports on data activity and findings.
• Develop and update guidelines, policies, and standards for data handling.
• Identify improvements in data collection processes or systems.
• Work on ETL projects with DB/data warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with customers to develop innovative data solutions.
• Review requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile rituals and Scaled Agile CDP processes.
