Job summary
Capgemini partners with Farmers to manage data platforms initiatives, focusing on Airflow, Astronomer, and related BI pipelines. The role supports centralized data workflows, governance, and scalable solutions across Snowflake, RDS and DynamoDB.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in IT, information systems, computer science or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar data engineering/ops role.
- Fluency in English.
- Insurance experience desirable
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated data workflows and orchestrations using Apache Airflow
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines
- Create reusable Airflow components (operators, sensors, hooks)
- Ensure monitoring, alerting, and logging of Airflow DAGs
- Document workflows and mentor team on Airflow usage
