Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior data engineering professional to design and lead scalable data architectures for AI and agentic systems in a North American office. You will own technical workstreams, mentor juniors, and collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers across client engagements.

You will drive MLOps/LLMOps architectures, feature engineering, and model management, ensuring robust, observable pipelines with secure data governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data engineering with leading workstreams & mentoring.
• Expert-level Python and SQL; polyglot environments (Scala/Java) as needed.

Responsibilities
