Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a data engineering leader to design and implement scalable AI-ready data architectures. You will own end-to-end data workstreams, build robust pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

You will work with Generative AI, agentic frameworks, and MLOps to ensure model management, observability, and retraining.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years data engineering experience with leadership of technical workstreams.
• Expert-level Python and SQL; polyglot environments (Scala/Java) when needed.
