Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data models and analytics-ready products for commercial operations. You will develop ETL/ELT pipelines, implement semantic layers, and ensure governance and data lineage across trusted datasets in the cloud.

The role emphasizes ownership from requirements through production deployment, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and leveraging AI-assisted tooling with governance and security in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of data engineering or related experience.
• Five (5) years of hands‑on SQL, analytical data models, and production ETL/ELT in a cloud data warehouse.
• Three (3) years designing dimensional models, semantic layers, or governed metrics for enterprise analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable analytical data models, semantic layers, reporting tables, and business definitions for productivity and other commercial measures.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, SQL transformations, and warehouse objects in Snowflake and cloud services.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from requirements to production deployment with governance and data lineage documentation.
