Qualifications

• Ability to install, configure, and support data management, messaging, and admin tools.
• Strong Linux and Windows server administration skills.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, NiFi, Kafka, Camunda or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Taking the lead on installing, configuring, patching, and maintaining critical business and data applications.
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing scalability to support increasing data volumes and usage.
• Owning complex technical challenges from start to finish, working with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable outcomes.
• Partnering with teams across the organization to understand business processes and translate needs into effective application configurations.
• Supporting data flow, messaging, search, and workflow platforms such as RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, NiFi, Kafka, and Camunda.
• Planning, organizing, and documenting complex system designs while aligning with company standards and best practices.
• Staying current on emerging tools and technologies and proposing solutions that improve efficiency and system performance.
• Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
