Job summary

Management Solutions LLC in Knoxville, TN (hybrid) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead data, analytics, and digital solution workstreams for government and commercial clients. You will define problems, analyze complex data, engage stakeholders, and turn insights into practical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

You will drive client engagements, translate insights into dashboards and recommendations, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, engineering, information systems, mathematics, public policy, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business analysis, digital solutions, operations, or related role.
• Proficiency with Power BI and experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint.
• Independent track record leading a workstream or complex analytical problem from definition through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, and implementation.
• Structure ambiguous business and operational challenges into clear questions and priorities.
• Clean, combine, and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and working sessions to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Translate insights into recommendations, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Build solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, contributors, and client communications to deliver high-quality outcomes.
