Job summary

Sphera is seeking a Data Developer to join our Data Content Development team. You will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support regulatory compliance and product stewardship applications, working closely with software developers and regulatory analysts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development experience in C# and SQL, with a strong focus on data-centric systems, large datasets, and data transformation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development using object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and supporting data-centric applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions within existing application frameworks.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable implementations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and data transformation processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with regulatory analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to system enhancements, performance improvements, and ongoing product development initiatives.
• Participate in estimation, planning, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of large-scale regulatory data products.
