Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or healthcare related discipline and/or 2 years of experience in business analysis or equivalent.
• Experience with federal/State grants reporting and/or healthcare data preferred.
• Ability to build dashboards and perform data visualization for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Dashboard Development & Performance Monitoring: Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor program performance, key metrics, and overall progress against program goals.
• Reporting & Audit Compliance: Prepare and support quarterly and annual reports, ensuring all reporting, documentation, and analyses are accurate and audit-ready.
• Data Governance & Validation: Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency across systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Assistance: Partner with fiscal, compliance, and program teams to align data and provide technical guidance.
• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Support risk assessments and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned (5-10%).
