Aflac Columbus is seeking a Sr Data Consultant to lead data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouse solutions. The role focuses on building analytics tools and delivering insights to drive business performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Analytics/CS, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in SQL and Python. Hybrid remote work is possible within the continental US based on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires experience and understanding of multiple programming languages including SQL and Python.

Responsabilités

• Leads data extraction from varied data sources and integrates into target data warehouse solutions.
• Designs analytics tools that provide actionable insights into business performance metrics.
• Mentors analysts and supports development across US Analytics.
• Develops and updates modeling tools for internal units.
• Guides architecture, development and deployment of analytics tools for efficiency and scale.
