Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior White Space Design Engineer to lead the design and delivery of data center white space infrastructure across its global portfolio. You will develop layouts, review specs, and coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure scalable, constructible, and reliable systems from concept through construction handoff.

You will mentor engineers, participate in design workshops, and apply industry standards (TIA-942, BICSI, ASHRAE, NFPA).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center design, mission-critical infrastructure engineering, or white space design leadership.
• Experience coordinating with third-party design consultants and owners’ representatives.
• Knowledge of low-voltage infrastructure systems including structured cabling, ladder rack, cable tray, and network pathway coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review white space layouts, infrastructure designs, specifications, details, and engineering documentation.
• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of CoreWeave’s White Space Basis of Design and reference designs.
• Perform detailed reviews of high-density power distribution, cooling, and containment systems; ensure constructability and compliance.
