Qualifications

• Data center space planning and design
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors
• Experience documenting rack layouts, bill of materials, and cable pathways

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and optimizes data center white space including rack layouts, hot/cold aisle containment, power distribution, cable pathways, and build phases.
• Creates and maintains white space documentation such as room layouts, rack elevations, BOMs, and structured cabling designs.
• Develops design standards and Basis of Design documents to guide teams.
• Leads project coordination meetings and interfaces with engineering functions to ensure robust integration.
• Travels to data centers to perform on-site validation and commissioning activities.
• Performs contract administration tasks including review of change orders and cost forecasts.
