Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision of employees and oversee training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, set work schedules and mentor staff.
• Support acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities for clients.
• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and milestones.
• Coordinate broker selection and resources; facilitate client reviews and approvals.
• Interpret financial templates and prepare client reports and presentations.
• Track KPIs and customer satisfaction; ensure quality assurance.
