Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Management Director-level candidate local to Denver or DMV with expertise in powered land acquisitions and/or data center/technology clients.

You will oversee a team handling leases, renewals, and dispositions across healthcare, life sciences, office and retail sectors. You will supervise staff, manage daily workflows, and ensure high-quality client reporting and KPI tracking while aligning with CBRE’s RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate Salesperson license preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision of employees, training, evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and deadlines.
• Support acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities for clients.
• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and milestones.
• Coordinate broker selection and resources for transactions.
