Qualifications

• Six years of data center or technical support experience.
• Experience with IT infrastructure hardware and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with OS configuration (Linux/Windows).
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to create SOPs and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on data center support and remote hand services.
• Install, test, and label cross-connects in data centers.
• Configure OS across Linux, Windows, IOS.
• Maintain service desk documentation and monthly reports.
• Mentor junior technicians and support cross-functional teams.
