Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Center, Critical Systems, or related infrastructure engineering disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of data center critical infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and/or structured cabling systems.
• Experience supporting budgets and cost controls for data center projects and infrastructure operations.
• Demonstrated experience with Real Estate, Critical Systems, Construction, and Technology teams to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead data center infrastructure engineering and design activities and identify risks.
• Experience delivering technical solutions meeting availability, redundancy, quality, and budget requirements.
• Experience collaborating across teams in a large, complex organization and working with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee critical infrastructure design and operations.
• Review and approve corporate real estate change control in critical environments.
• Develop and revise infrastructure design standards.
• Manage compliance processes for ~200 Tier 2 and 3 facilities worldwide.
• Ensure 100% uptime of the bank's critical assets and provide recovery support.
• Interface with senior managers to ensure proper use of infrastructure.
• Lead or contribute to capacity management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
