Aegis seeks a Senior Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for data center projects. You will work with project managers, construction professionals, and stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and project control systems through the project life cycle.

The role emphasizes on-site work with growth opportunities, including risk evaluation, KPI development, and cost/resource reporting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Two+ years in data center project controls.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or five years' vertical construction experience).
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules.
• Review docs to create baselines with milestones.
• Update progress schedules with reporting.
• Perform critical path analysis and recommend actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and site validation.
• Develop KPIs and schedule risk metrics.
• Communicate status to stakeholders.
