Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team and support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale data center project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering construction project control services, with strong CPM sequencing, Primavera P6, and MS Project proficiency. On-site collaboration with PMs and partners is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM sequencing and schedule best practices.
• Experience with data center construction preferred.
• Familiarity with KPI dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trade partners to validate sequencing.
• Create and update multiple schedules for various scopes up to lease signing.
• Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
• Implement recovery strategies to maintain milestones and contractual obligations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and present updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses.
• Establish KPIs to monitor project health and forecasting accuracy.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master schedule.
• Support progress measurement, earned value analysis, and delay impact assessments.
• Provide schedule input for change orders and claims analysis.
• Assist client with transition from MS Project to P6 EPPM scheduling tools.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply.
