Turner & Townsend in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead schedule development, management, and optimization for a large-scale data center construction program.

This role will own the master schedule, integrate multiple workstreams, and ensure alignment across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases to drive timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence required at Tyson's Corner, VA.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.

Mansioni

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.
• Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
• Review schedules with project team members to ensure accurate data.
• Provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis periodically.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances that affect schedule performance.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction

5-7 years of applicable experience
